Some people look up at the sky. I jump into it.
I am a certified skydiver. Every jump strips everything else away. No inbox. No meetings. Just wind, gravity, and a clear head. This is where I feel most like myself.
I want a young Nepali to look up, see one of us in the sky, and think one thing. I can do that too.

Log more than two hundred jumps and earn the skill to fly a suit through the air. Almost no one from this part of the world has done it. I intend to be the first from Nepal.
Inspire the next generation.
I want young Nepalis to see the sky as a place they belong. I am working alongside with Nepalese skydivers to grow skydiving community in Nepal, so more of us can jump over the Himalayas.
I do not fly alone.
I am a proud member of Nepal's skydiving community. I want to help it grow, bring new jumpers in, and share every step of the journey along the way.
I am chasing my own dream. But I am also clearing a runway for everyone behind me. One day I want the sky over Nepal to be full of us.

I am Sagar Gurung. I build things and I do not sit still.
I was born in Imphal, in Manipur. I now call Kathmandu home. That mix shaped me. I carry the grit of where I come from and the ambition of where I am going.
I like starting things. I like watching an idea become something real. Some of my moves are calculated. Some are pure instinct. I am comfortable with both.
I am disciplined about the long game and reckless about the fun. I plan ahead. Then I jump out of a plane on the weekend. That is who I am.

Craves speed, height, and the drop. Trades the desk for the door of a plane.
My mind works in two modes. I have learned to trust them both.

When I’m not in the sky, I lead business operations at Pathao, one of Nepal’s largest super apps. I oversee operations across multiple verticals, working at the intersection of strategy, execution, people, and performance. It’s fast, complex, and constantly evolving—and I thrive on the challenge.
